Cozy hotel and provided us with 2 sets of towels for our 2 nights stay - no room cleaning unless requested due to sustainability. Near the nara station and shopping street just beside. Walking distant or short bus ride away to major attraction. If you rent a car, the hotel has tie up with kaneko motor pool, get the hotel stamp with your parking ticket to enjoy 1,600 yen overnight parking rate.

It was a steal luxury at this hotel during our stay! Looks lush with elegance, the room was bigger than ordinary Japan hotel room and the receptionists spoke perfect English which is not usual in Japan. We got a great offer to shop the nara deer toy at a local shop thanks to the hotel stay. The hotel restaurant offers nice breakfast choice at a reasonable price and we saw it was packed during dinner time too. It is close to both Kintetsu Nara Station and Nara Park. And only 10min walk to Jr Nara Station. Don't forget to enjoy the complementary options of various tea and plum drinks next to the reception

The hotel is clean and at a great location. It's very close to shopping & dining, and a short walk to attractions. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend it.

Very very nice hotel; right off the main walking street (that connects the train station to the park) with plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. Very walkable to both the train station and the park. Oh, we got one "Queen double" room and one "Superior Twin" room. The "Superior Twin" room was almost double the cost but like 5 square meters bigger with a small couch, so not at all worth the extra cost.

Very nice hotel lobby and rooms. Location is great, being right in the middle of the shopping street and a stone throw away from nara attractions.

The best hotel experience we had in the entire Japan trip. The room is very spacious (about 30-40 square meters by my estimation) and it is spotless clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I especially like the Japanese style room design where you take off your shoes at the front door and enter the elevated wooden floored room. The location is unbeatable - only 3 mins walk from the Nara train station, on a small tourist street with tons of small shops and restaurants. The room is very quite even though it is on the tourist street.

The location of hotel is very near kintetsu nara , less then 5 minutes away. The receptionist is very friendly. Cleanliness , Service , Facilities are excellence. Would definitely book the hotel again if i happen to travel to nara.

Perfect location, small space but doesn’t feel squeezed, able to fit a cot for our toddler. Bed/quilt is on the smaller side tho.

This is a treasure hotel! The deer on the corridor at the entrance are impressive! I live on the sixth floor. The hotel is very soundproof and I sleep well every night! There are many toiletries for self-service next to the elevator. The front desk staff are always polite! The airport shuttle couldn't drive in, and a sweet-looking sister at the front desk helped me drag my luggage to the road hundreds of meters away! She doesn't speak Chinese, and knows that I can't understand Japanese. She gestured with body language to let me take the light one and she would take the heavy two. And she didn't accept my objection, and insisted on dragging the heavier luggage in front, and waited for the driver with me and handed over the luggage to the driver! It feels so kind to receive such help in a foreign country! I will stay here again next time!
