"This place is absolutely amazing. The hotel is attended by the most wonderful family, they are incredibly helpful and make the best, authentic Turkish breakfast. We arrived late and booked a balloon tour through them at a price half of what we expected, the room was stunning and the decor is in keeping. They arranged transport to and from the hotel to the airport and on one of the days we found a taxi difficult they gave us a ride into Nevsehir for free. It’s a 15min taxi from Goreme, and taxis are cheap so we couldn’t recommend this place any higher due to the incredible hospitality of the family!"

"We checked into the hotel-like place on May 31st, and as soon as we entered, things started to go wrong. We spent the first five minutes searching for reception. Then, thanks to the other guests, we managed to find them. The lighting was dim, making it impossible to find anyone. It was also very cramped. Once we found reception, the remaining money, as always, became our priority. Anyway, we paid and then went to the room (a room needs a thousand witnesses). Since we have two children, we had requested a single bed and a cot when we booked. They weren't available. Our companion, claiming nothing had been said, called Mr. Emre, whom everyone praised in the reviews, to inquire. The man everyone praised offered no information. My wife and I then took care of the linens and blankets that arrived. When the friend said he didn't know much about this, we had to deal with it ourselves. Anyway, we were tired from the trip, so we tried to sleep. I say "worked" because we get a lot of wake-up calls during the night. The only way to get fresh air was through a ventilation pipe they'd built from a water pipe. Anyway, we woke up in the morning and went to have breakfast. The plates we were served weren't cleaned. There was also a dog with puppies wandering around. We're having breakfast with animals in a 5-square-meter space, and smoking is allowed indoors. I don't have to endure the smell of cigarette butts. The tables are covered in cigarette ashes. We went in because there was live music, but the kids and I couldn't get in because of the smoke and smell. So we went to bed. When we got to the room, our linens and clothes were damp. Imagine, the blanket had become so heavy from the humidity. We got up for breakfast again, and the cleaning was spotless, and we left without even having a proper breakfast. Also, a dog was sleeping on the way to breakfast. When we asked the staff if this dog belonged to the hotel, they said no, it came from the den and didn't respond. No one noticed us either when we entered or when we left the hotel. The much-praised Emre Bey probably didn't even notice us coming and going. In short, it's a terrible place, unfortunately."

"I really recommend this cave hotel. This is very cheap and the service is excellent. We chatted messages with this hotel staff and he helped us about various things of our trip including sightseeing,dinner restaurant and taxi reservation. He’ll help you to reserve the air ballon tour and red-green valley tour. It’s a little bit far from the sightseeing spot,but you don’t have to worry about it. Usually the tour has pick up service so you don’t have to pay extra money for the distance. Also the free breakfast is so delicious and gorgeous amount. I couldn’t believe that I got this amazing experience for so reasonable price."
