非常非常驚喜的入住體驗，從薩普遊玩了出來臨時決定趕到那曲入住，春節期間房價正常，到了酒店已經很晚了前台小姐姐依然耐心接待，為我們獻上哈達。房間更是特別驚喜，面積大，進門就看到擺放好的四瓶水和可樂雪碧，第一印象就非常貼心，這可是乾燥高原的必備品。 房間還配置了歡迎水果/加濕器/智能設備/智能馬桶，衞生間洗漱乾濕三分區很合理。所有浴巾等衞生用品都是裝在消毒袋裡的，很用心。最驚喜的是還配置有按摩椅，可以正常使用，正好一掃開車一天的疲憊。 本身房間是有彌散供氧的，但告知了春節設備有壞還沒修好，房間裏也提前放好了製氧機。床品也非常舒適，一夜睡得很好。 那曲不愧是市區，春節期間晚上也能點到外賣，連續幾天行程沒吃上好飯真的很驚喜，外賣也是小機器人送餐上門很方便。第二天的早餐也很不錯，整個酒店不僅從房間到各個區域，都非常乾淨舒適。入住體驗我覺得比在拉薩住的5鑽酒店都好太多。 唯一不足的是吹風機不太好用，吹一會兒就會過熱保護，希望未來有機會可以更換設備。

那曲現在全市範圍修路，導航可能不太準確，酒店有停車場，比較方便自駕停車。 但服務人員素質和態度有一定差異，前台服務還比較周到，但客房服務就比較差了。在明顯能聽到我在浴室洗澡的情況下，為了解決製氧機缺水問題，不敲浴室門，直接就推門要進來打水……還有就是因為房間的製氧機漏水問題酒店無法解決，前台服務人員就提議我們更換房間，但由於我們已經洗過澡了，所以就遭遇了客房服務員的嫌棄和抱怨，甚至對因製氧機漏水造成我充電頭和充電線都濕水無法使用的情況，推説肯定沒壞可以用。好在前台服務員拿來自己的充電頭和充電線，以解燃眉之急。出現問題不第一時間想辦法解決，反而推脱並埋怨客人，這樣的客房服務員真的需要好好培訓一下啊。 我們第一次使用的419房間不光是製氧機漏水，而且浴室淋浴和馬桶之間沒有隔斷或浴簾，洗澡很容易把馬桶淋濕不太方便使用。

房間有些年頭了，但打掃還比較乾淨。衞生方面沒得説，前台服務很熱情也很及時。最方便的是可以免費停車，這點對我獨自自駕旅遊來説很重要。所以值得推薦！
