Ulasan Hotel Bella Napoli

Humans is not perfect & I made a mistake on non-refundable booking date ,& asking for some negotiations but hotel is inflexible and rejected all requests even a simple one like take away breakfast because I cannot stay 10-11th Nov 2035 which already paid for but requested to have a simple packed breakfast to go . Overall still a clean hotel room a comfortable bed , awesome breakfast. Perfect location, downstair u can queue for the famous sfogliatella riccia or frolla ,€2 each . Take Q no.& go pay

Conveniently located from the main rail station, this was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. A big thankyou to all the staff we met.

Very modern, but small rooms. Great A/C and wifi. Excellent breakfast. No elevator or lounge. Very near train. Many street people but safe.

We wanted to leave a review on our stay at Hotel Bella Napoli. This review will be posted to Trip Advisor. We wasn’t sure what to expect on our stay in Naples, first time here and wasn’t too sure when we arrived but have to give a 5 star review for both Roberta and the hotel staff. Firstly a warm welcome, the moment we arrived was like being welcomed by family. There’s no lift but in actual fact that was good because of all the great food we ate during our stay. The room was extremely clean, we loved all the extras we didn’t expect and the slippers were a beautiful touch. The bathroom was meticulously clean and plenty of toilet roll. Fresh towels and plenty of them per person. The extremely large smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and Disney+ made for a comfortable evening after a long day sight seeing, spacious fridge and plenty of sockets available for all our electronics. The whole look of the room was beautiful and again so clean. Loved the extra touches to the bed, very comfortable and again very clean. What the hotel doesn’t mention is how much is available for breakfast, so much food on offer and the scrambled eggs especially were so fluffy, the staff so helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have booked all the trips we wanted through the hotel but now we know, we won’t hesitate to ask Roberta in the future, she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would we stay again, absolutely, excellent value for money, superb service and a genuinely safe and friendly environment for everyone! Well done Roberta on making our stay a fantastic memory we can’t wait to share when we get home! ♥️

We arrived late by train, so having a hotel very near the station was great. As with most areas near major railway stations, the area is not the best - loud, full of litter, feeling a bit unsafe. But in fact, we had no problems whatsoever. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean snd comfortable. And the hotel is a short walk away from the historical centre of Napoli with lots of interesting restaurants and shops. We have been in Napoli several times now and it is what it is....and hasn't changed over the last few decades. So, be especially careful with your money.

We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the receptionist Roberta who was pleasant and very helpful. She was able to Gove us good advice about restaurants nearby and recommended a specific one Attanasio where the food was excellent.The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location near the central station was excellent also.

We stayed one night. We checked in at 1am and the room was beautiful. The neighborhood is very creepy and the house looks old and bad on the outside, but inside its new and fresh :) Breakfast is 07:30-10:00 and check out is 10:30. Breakfast is very italian, we didnt eat much. There is no elevator up to the rooms. This hotel was fine for one night.

Canceled our reservation the day before arrival due to credit card problems. Bad communication and bad experience. We was so disappointed, we booked another hotel, in the same street. The whole neighborhood is horrible, don't book near Garibaldi station.

Ein Hotel mit Überraschung. Wer in Napoli nur übernachten will und Nähe Hauptbahnhofsbereich bleiben will ist hier richtig. Bitte nicht abschrecken lassen von der Situation vor und um dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind super klimatisiert und sehr sorgfältig strukturiert, sauber und absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück bzw. der Frühstücksbereich ist etwas klein, es passt aber zum Gesamtbild des Hotels und war auf jeden Fall zu erwarten.

Buena localización y precio. Personal muy amable. La habitación es pequeña pero muy cómoda y buen baño. Buen wifi y smart TV muy grande. Toallas buenas y nuevas. Falló el desayuno, regular y mal café (quizás porque la cafetera automática estaba averiada). Muy amable Genaro el recepcionista. Por lo visto en otros hoteles de Nápoles, muy buena relación calidad precio. Un solo pero importante, no tiene ascensor por lo que conviene solicitar habitación en la primera o segunda planta. Si vuelvo a Nápoles sería una buena opción

Camere accoglienti e pulite, cordialità alla reception (Gennaro ha dato informazioni sulla città e sulle sue caratteristiche storiche che culinarie), colazione super, centralissimo. Torneremo sicuramente

Mi estancia resultó acogedora, habitación limpia , desayuno excelente, ubicación excelente, cerca de puntos importantes de transporte.Staff excelente , desde el recepcionista Luigi, los otros recepcionistas que no recuerdo nombres, chicas de limpieza y de servicio de desayuno, no recuerdo el nombre de todas , pero maravillosas acogedoras.
