This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to superb service, outstanding accommodations, delicious cuisine and exquisite grounds is something I haven’t experienced since visiting Europe. You will not be disappointed.

We are staying 250 per year in different hotels, this one was truly the worst ever! Absolutely overrated. Shabby furniture, not clean, lousy reception, everything feels old and worn out. I am talking about ration price to what you get, Horrible, never ever again !

Our second time here and we love it! The staff is amazing. Marco, Holly, Liz and the rest of the staff is accommodating, nice, helpful and always willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, pretty and thepool is outside your patio! So quiet and serene. Best restaurant on 5 th is Casa Neri, excellent, fresh pasta! Also, across from ESCALANTE is Dolce and Salada. Excellent for salads and sandwiches. We can’t wait sit to return, love Hotel ESCALANTE!!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty from the entire staff. I had asked for special arrangements to be set up in our room prior to arrival and they were done exactly as requested. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a private patio where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and pristine. The restaurant has a very fine menu and the food is deliciously prepared. The wait staff at the restaurant is very attentive and also knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. The beach butler service is most convenient. The front desk staff is also very helpful and congenial. Marco (the person of all trades at The Escalante) is indispensable and helped us multiple times daily at a moments notice. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Naples or locals in Naples wanting a romantic getaway!

We had a wonderful time! The attention was excellent, they were in everything detail. The restaurant has Great food, super flavour delicious!! They have beach services, that was great! I recommend to go with your couple, as a honey moon or couple trip! Really nice

My wife, Susana, and I had the pleasure of staying at El Escalante Hotel for her birthday weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The warm and welcoming environment made us feel incredibly valued from the moment we arrived. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail were exceptional, with everyone going above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Señor Marco, who was an outstanding host. His genuine care and attentiveness left a lasting impression on us. Throughout our two-day stay, Señor Marco went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel like we were at home. It's rare to encounter someone with such a natural gift for hospitality, and he truly made our visit memorable. Thank you to everyone at El Escalante for a beautiful weekend. We look forward to returning!"

Fantastic property! Old Florida exclusiveness, on the doorstep of Naples 5th Ave and famous Gulf Blvd. The landscaping is lush tropical and suites have private patios to enjoy included Continental Breakfast. Beach bikes, loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Awesome hot tub and pool with large loungers. The hotel is only 7-8 suites in the pool /restaurant area. The restaurant Veranda E is 5 star in food quality and service. Pricey but well worth it!!

I usually don’t like to go over the top but this place was superb. Great facilities, right in the heart of town but it still felt like a peaceful haven. A short walk to the beach although the outstanding staff take you by buggy. Highly recommend.

I have spent many nights in hotels with many on the higher end. Escalante is unpretentiously unique. My wife and I look forward to our trip each year. It is a nice oasis within Naples only minutes walk to many great restaurants. No need for a car and excellent for midlife couples.
