The staff were very nice and helpful. We found the hotel to be nice and quiet. It was a pleasure to get a good night sleep.
I do have a complaint about the complimentary breakfast however. I didn’t appreciate the eggs and the meat being warmed in the same warmer. They should have had a separate warming vessel for each. In addition, not having a choice of grits or plain oatmeal was not appropriated as well.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel very low, and I don’t normally respond to these questionnaires. Our room was very musty smelling and the a/c unit rattled and groaned every time it kick in, waking me up throughout the night. The continental breakfast was so bad (basically biscuits and gravy, and poor tasting coffee) not much else, that we had to go elsewhere. When you consider Canadian visitors end up paying over 325.00 a night to stay there it sadly disappoints.

There was nothing especially wrong with the hotel or the room--it was just adequate. Location was good for access to 75; Breakfast was very good; pillows were bad; air conditioner was very loud; check-in receptionist was at best civil. He mumbled, so it was hard to understand what he was saying. it met our needs for a family business trip, but I'm sure we can find something better next time.

Super convenient location outside of Naples. It’s definitely the cheapest option in the area that I saw. The room needs a little TLC which is fine but there was a distinct, musty smell coming from the Air Conditioning unit. Didn’t ruin the stay but I’ll be at 3 stars until that is resolved.

Arrived to check in. Nice but disinterested staff. Did not mention there was no internet and no idea when it would be back (Never was during my one-night stay). They had a simple copied iece of paper in the lobby indicating there was no internet. The space with snacks and amenities available was almost empty. The breakfast was weak, at best. Bare bones and they closed it 5 minutes early. Forunately I snuck in just in time but others were shut out. There was still plenty of food left, as bare bones as it was. Tub in my room was chipped and appeared dirty/shabby. Water pressure in the sink was terrible thought the shower was great. Too much lacking for a the price.
