The layout:

Bedroom: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and sliding door to living room. *Bedroom has been freshly painted, new bed set installed, new carpet, and new ceiling fan.

Bathroom: Full walk in shower, toilet, and clean vanity.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full kitchen and breakfast bar(2 chairs), dining table(4 chairs), Smart TV with cable, designated work area, and a sofa sleeper couch.

Lanai: Dining table for 4 people with 2 extra chairs and side table. Beach gear located in closet outside which includes beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler(NO snorkel gear).

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

*This entire resort does not have AC in any units however you have a constant ocean breeze and fans throughout. There is coin laundry on the first and third floor and we supply detergent and fabric sheets for that. Hale Ono Loa has one through many renovations recently making this a true gem of Honokowai.

There is also stair access to drop in water for some fantastic snorkeling. Within walking distance to great shops, dining, and beach parks. Make your Maui memories in this beautiful condo.

No resort or parking fees.. We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
