Clean and tidy, very large room with a balcony, some room directions would of been handy was given a room number and had to find it

Easy to access. Reasonably quiet considering it’s near a main road.
The room was basic. We couldn’t access the wifi and there was no response from reception in spite of us calling and texting.
Curtains were hanging off the rails in places, areas that hadn’t been dusted in a while. Not much sound proofing between rooms.
Overall not bad for the cost I guess but certainly some room for improvement.

The reception was closed in the evening.
The laundry was available from 9am to 4pm, so one night guest like me cannot use it.
There was no partition around the shower, all the floor in the toilet was wet.
Air conditioner was very old.
Turn table of the micro wave didn't move.

The shower in the bathroom wet the whole floor badly and it was very very slippery. The water lay on the floor and didn't go down the waste hole very efficiently

The room was convienient for 2 ppl to stay, I loved that the towels were fresh everyday, I did request a room with a king size bed but was given a queen.

The property itself was spacious and comfortable so I’d recommend for travellers who want space and separate rooms.
However we didn’t have hot water on the first day/night.
The curtains and general furniture were a little worn and tattered in places and the aircon wasn’t very cold. A few stains on sheets and pillow cases too, but the beds were very comfortable.

There were no staff on site and a phone number was left but no response even after text and phone calls . Spa was faulty no robes provided and tv had a fault.
