We spent 2 nights here and totally enjoyed every minute. There is so much to do at the resort, we enjoyed the hike, and spending time at the pool. Food was also amazing they have different restaurants serving various cuisine so one definitely can’t get bored.

I stayed at Lopota Lake Resort for four nights, and unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the poor management and lack of proper service. For dinner, I had to wander around the hotel looking for options because the Italian restaurant was closed for private reservations for two nights. When I tried the main restaurant, the food was far from the quality expected for the price. I attempted to dine at the local Georgian restaurant for a second time, but most of the seating was already taken, leaving me with limited choices. When I finally decided to order room service, I requested a glass of wine and received a completely unreasonable response: “We don’t serve wine by the glass to rooms, only by the bottle.” In a so-called luxury resort, such pointless restrictions make no sense. At this point, I’ve given up on the resort’s dining options and am surviving on a can of beans I brought with me—because at least that’s reliable!” Overall, this resort fails in terms of service, management, and food quality. The surrounding nature is beautiful, but when basic amenities and dining options are so poorly managed, the experience becomes frustrating. If you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay, I would not recommend this place.”

Amazing place! I can imagine how peaceful and relaxing it is in the fall and winter seasons! Has lots of pools and a small waterpark. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The grounds are well manicured. We went in the summer and it was busy, but it didn't feel crowded at all. Will definitely come back!

Были, всего сутки, но очень прекрасные сутки получились Все, начиная от территории, номеров, еды, спа, джазовой концерта, все было отлично. Даже возникло желание приехать летом Прочитав негативные отзывы, была очень удивлена. Сходили на массаж, посетили ресторан азиатской кухни, национальной грузинской, даже закуски в джаз клубе были хороши, прокатились на катамаранах, выпили вина с винодельни, одно жаль, что зимой не искупаться 😉

I don't recommend anyone to visit here‼️ If the waiter doesn't like you, he can freely spit in your food 😡‼️ Their employees are proud of this in public posts and the hotel doesn't punish or fire anyone for it‼️ They didn't even apologize ‼️ Don't even come close to this hotel ‼️‼️‼️
