五一期間和家人入住南陽建業森林半島假日酒店（兩間房共4晚，這是第二個訂單），因需要和親戚聚餐，提前一天預訂了酒店一樓豫悦庭中餐廳｛VIP1淯水平湖16人台}6點半的晚餐。然而，當天晚上前往餐廳就餐時，一開始人都來很久了，卻沒有服務員倒水和點菜，初印象就不太好。7點20左右把菜點好，到8點20左右衹來了4個涼菜2個熱菜，全家老小14個人餓的飢腸轆轆，過程中催菜催了無數遍卻沒什麼效果。一開始以為可能是因為我們包間是單點的菜，不是點的餐廳定製的套餐所以出餐慢，跑去後廚瞭解情況，卻發現不是我們一桌這樣，即便是別的包間點的套餐，情況也依舊是這樣，我們包間前面還有3個包間的菜單，每個包間都衹上了3-4個菜，無奈衹能當場點外賣，同時在廚房蹲着盯菜，和後廚溝通才知道餐廳晚上原衹有2個廚師，8點多了那會我去後廚才有7-8個廚師在做菜，而且最近兩天都是這個情況，後廚人手嚴重不足，竟然還是非節假日期間人手數量的一半。到了9點左右，我點的外賣都到了，才開始陸續按照正常頻率上菜，過程中還有炒的菜齁鹹，同樣的菜上了2份等問題，本來預訂的6點半的晚餐從晚上9點吃到了10點半。過程中本來想找餐廳經理溝通反映情況，過程中卻衹有後廚的協調，第二天退房的時候想聯繫餐廳經理，但是在大堂等了15min也沒來人，因要趕動車衹能無奈離開，一直到離店也沒見到負責餐廳的經理。
作為顧客的主觀體驗：
1.如果餐廳不能提供相應品質和標準的服務，在預訂時可以明確告知顧客人手不足，無法安排，顧客可以早做別的安排，但是從預訂到就餐前都未告知，甚或是點了菜都未告知當日人手不足可能出餐慢，顧客衹能被動等待，是我最不能接受和容忍的地方。如果一開始瞭解相關情況，我也斷然不會選擇在此餐廳用餐。
2.原本相信這家酒店是攜程標定的五星級酒店，同時宣傳也是南陽豪華榜酒店排名第一，設施和服務相對來説都比較完善，但是體驗下來整體感覺管理混亂，服務專業性急需大幅提升，尤其是就餐的中餐廳，響應速度和服務質量都差到令人咋舌，客體驗感非常差勁，完全不符合這家酒店的定位和宣傳。
