The room reeked of urine, and despite attempts to spray it, the odor was overwhelmingly strong and impossible to mask. We eventually pinpointed the source to the shower curtains. The manager was unhelpful and outright denied the presence of the potent smell. I am very disappointed that no effective action was taken besides spraying the room. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel does NOT have A/C & the window only opens a couple of inches! The temp in the room was 26.5 degrees. Impossible to sleep for our two night stay!

Stayed here as a family of 4 for the weekend, the room was very spacious for a family of 4 and it was also very clean too, great location only a 15 minute walk into Nantwich town, helpful and friendly staff especially Amy

Easy hotel to find, plenty of parking, breakfast at the weekend in the peacock was nice (even though it’s not affiliated with you) clean hotel overall and extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Amy, who even helped with my luggage! Will definitely return

Had a pleasant stay at this premier inn, stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing sleep each night the beds are really comfortable and I also had a nice view of the field too! Rooms were very clean and the staff especially Amy were amazing and very helpful! I hope Amy gets the recognition she deserves absolute credit to the company

Lovely staff, couldn’t fault them. Hotel is extremely dated, in need of renovation. Our room was very dirty, stains on bedding, stains all over carpet, dirty walls and extremely dusty. Wouldn’t recommend this premier inn, much nicer hotels near by.

What a great premier inn! Very clean and up to the usual premier inn standards, staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was very spacious which was great and the WiFi was really reliable and a good speed. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
