The service staff in the manor are enthusiastic and energetic, and the service is prompt and reliable. The dinner dishes are novel and amazing, especially the sauce is very powerful The buffet breakfast is rich and satisfying The evening music feast is intoxicating The furnishings in the manor and even in the rooms reflect a classical atmosphere This stay was satisfying and well worth the trip

Love their service! Their breakfast is very special, very localised and what's more... we're allowed to refill! Their also prepared night tea. Though it's only night tea, they prepared a lot of food like soup, porridge, rice, cup noodles, cookies, beverage... The surrounding is very instagrammable too 😍

Minsu located near to hot spot town area - where u can get to 7-11 and others restaurants/fast foods, and Swiss Garden. The room is great with splendid view from window and balcony. My only issues - rare there is no toiletries provided other than body and hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. Fortunately there is 7-11 nearby. The last thing I need is to spend $ for such simple thing, which should be provided in the room. Another issue I had is the path to building is covered with feeble stones and lots of staircase. Obviously, this minsu is for lite travellers. If you carry heavy luggage, well, good luck carry it till you reach your room floor 😓 Owner need to think about travellers with heavy luggage as the path is not user friendly 😉

Location: In the mountains, you have to drive to get in and out. It is difficult to get there without a car. Room: Well-equipped, simple decoration, and feel Breakfast: Specially prepared by the chef, the taste is very good Service: The waiters are kind and friendly.

The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

Spring Ground Hotel is in good Location and close about 5mins drive to CingJing Farm. If you take Nan Tou Bus, you can drop off at Shou Ting Bus Stop, it will be just 1min walk to the Hotel. It's very convenience. Hotel's scenery and hotel itself is very Beautiful. In early of Nov, The weather is so nice. Day time is ok around 25c and Night Time around 15-18c. There is no need for air conditioner. Hotel Breakfast is just ok. If you want to go to CingJing Farm or small market, you can inform the hotel staff, they are nice to help you. Hotel also have a good Mala Hot Pot restaurant. Restaurant need you to order at least 1set per person but the price is reasonable and very good tasty. We are all happy staying here.

Because the room was not full, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room for me. It was a very large room and very comfortable. The only thing is that the temperature was very low that day, and there was no heating in the room. We only relied on the electric blanket on the bed, and the quilt was a bit thin, so it would be difficult for the body temperature to return to comfort. It would be much better if there was heating. Then the water dispenser in the corridor was not plugged in....

The entrance of the hotel was rather obscure. We arrived at night and it was scary driving to the villa. The roads are narrow and steep. People should consider arriving when the sky is still lit.

Friendly service, even if it’s too cold, there is a cooperating delivery restaurant that can be delivered directly, the breakfast is delicious (there are few choices of drinks), the room is clean and bug-free, and there is an electric blanket so you won’t be afraid of the cold😍

The location has a good view. There are restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but you need to walk through a small road to get there. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The accommodation also provides a restaurant with a shuttle bus, and you can make reservations on your behalf. The room has a good view and space, and the facilities are sufficient, but the sound insulation is average, and mosquitoes are inevitable in mountainous areas. The staff was very efficient and cheerful, and helped a lot.
