very old . no lift, have to climb stairs to room. not very clean floor

The hotel is near to the itao shopping street and the whole hotel is entirely made up of wood. So there is no lift. The breakfast was so so only and also there was one morning where there is a lot of ppl for breakfast and the food refills was slow.

Hotel is a wooden building which is quite special. When enter the hotel you can smell the hinoki aroma it can help you feel very relaxed. Sound proof effect is quite bad

Overpriced for what it is.
-pool closes at 17:30
-mediocre at best sauna facilities
-old stained carpets
-non existent soundproofing
-breakfast closes at 10:00
-no option of late check out, they will ask you to pay if you’re not out of your room after 11:00
Moreover I’m certain I forgot my AirPods at the hotel on the second level of the room and “Find My” app shows the hotel as the last known location but the hotel was unable to find them.
