The room is very big, and the view from the 20th floor is also very good. It is very clean overall, and the towels and other supplies are also very hygienic and complete. It is my first time in Nantong and I feel very good about my stay. I will still book this hotel when I come to Nantong in the future.

It's very difficult to choose one between Jinshi Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel in Nantong, Jinshi is a Chinese 5 star hotel with good location and their service is really good with better price. Intercontinental is a 5 star International hotel with great decoration and service but in Isolated location far from everything. I stayed in these 2 hotels one after another time, I think I have to add The new Marriott hotel to my list for next time

I almost thought I was being scammed. When I got to the front desk, several people were complaining about not being able to find their orders. After waiting for a while, I also couldn't find my reservation. When I contacted customer service, they said I had gone to the wrong place and asked me to contact the hotel. I was speechless. Finally I figured out that I had booked an online-booked room for the apartment, and I went to the front desk of the online-booked room to check in smoothly. The front desk also introduced the building situation, which was too messy. Upon checking, I found many apartments called Jinshi, with prices varying greatly and it was difficult to tell the real ones from the fake ones. Many people book homestays that don’t have a front desk, so they can only call and wait for the landlord to deliver the keys. All I can say is that you get what you pay for. Although the price of online-booked houses is not the cheapest, it is the most reliable and the service attitude is also the best. Recommend this

Very nice hotel with stunning views, stayed here for a couple of days for our business trip, and must say the experience was very good. Very nice rooms and extermely firendly staff. Would defininatly visit again.
