Room is clean and neat. Breakfast was decent but with limited stuff and quality was about 6/10.
Reception however is not as helpful, they are not acting professional. Not so helpful and attentive to request. Had a long time doing check in and was ignored a long time...
Took 15 minutes to check in without a queue. Was a rather bad experience. Might not want to come back again if i have a choice around.

The hotel is a bit dated and our bed was actually broken. Room otherwise was Ok but felt a bit small. Western selection at the breakfast was very limited and location was good for us, but definitely quite a way from the city. Service was nice and friendly.

This Novotel was exceptional to stay in. It is clean, spacious with good food, and is well located. The team running this hotel are really accommodating. A special thanks to everyone on the front desk for being so helpful, especially to Candy who very kindly helped us use the laundry machines on more than one occasion - this was really excellent service. The hotel is set amongst the eco corridor park, and is also easy to get to from the Nantong metro line 1!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Novotel. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and the overall ambience was welcoming. The hotel’s dining options were impressive, offering a variety of high-quality meals. The team truly made the stay exceptional — everyone was friendly and attentive, especially Candy at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, nestled within the peaceful eco-corridor park, and conveniently accessible via Nantong Metro Line 1. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nantong!

房間很寬敞，衞生不理想，沙發椅上還有頭髮，前台小哥不專業，經理態度很好，滿意的評價完全來自這位經理。
早餐廳沒有刀叉或者黃油刀可以用來抹黃油或者果醬的，衹能用筷子
淋浴水不燙。
環境是好的，周邊一兩公里很多商場。
