The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit cold. The air conditioning in the room is not easy to use. The room is big enough. The breakfast is very unpalatable. Sorry, five stars 🌟. Don't book the travel agency in the hotel; don't step on thunder, because it is from Xiamen to Zhejiang, passing by Wuyi Mountain and thinking of going to play on the way. The hotel is also booked temporarily. I saw that the hotel was next to the bamboo raft departure. After checking in, I asked whether to buy tickets. I was recommended to the travel agency in the hotel and asked how to book bamboo raft tickets. I was told that there were no tickets for the next day. The tickets they had were all packages, which needed to be purchased at an additional price. We were twelve people, big and small, and the original price of 200 bamboo car tickets was increased to 260. Another 300 yuan was required to hire a tour guide. Children and children were also charged the same price. It is equivalent to 12*260+300. Originally, I came out to play and didn't return disappointed, so I bought their package. The next day, I set off to take the bamboo raft. I was told by Wuhan tourists who took the bamboo raft together that bamboo raft tickets could be bought at the bamboo raft ticket office in the morning 😂. I felt that we were fooled and shouldn't be so credulous about the travel agency in the hotel. Write for your reference

Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

Thank you to the housekeeper Xiaozhang for your enthusiastic assistance. On a rainy day, he took us to see the entire tea-frying and tea-making process. The experience was worth it! I especially recommend sitting in the pavilion in the tea garden~

The Jiujiantang Health Villa of Wuyishan Resort Hotel, which we chose from thousands of choices with our loved ones, did not disappoint us. The Chinese-style courtyard with green plants, ponds, bridges and koi carps exudes tranquility and comfort. It is a beautiful place to stop and take photos during the day and night. The customer service at the front desk was professional, thoughtful and considerate. They learned that it was our wedding anniversary and upgraded our room because we had to get up early the next day to go to Jiuqu Bamboo Pleasure. They also prepared a portable breakfast for us, gave us fruit in the room, and ordered private tea. As a gift, I enjoyed their breakfast on the third day, which was also rich, varied and delicious. The room is well-equipped and the bed pillows are comfortable. After a day of traveling, sleeping quietly and relaxing is the best part of vacation. I will come to Kujamado again during my vacation next year. I highly recommend it!

The enthusiastic service of the manager, Xiao Liu, Xiao Xia and the tea artist Xiao Zhu made people feel warm, especially Xiao Zhu patiently explained to us the story and interesting knowledge of Wuyi Mountain Rock Tea, which added to the fun of the trip. On a winter night, brewing tea around the stove became one of the best memories of this trip. They carefully prepared tea sets and snacks. We sat around the outdoor fire, sipping tea, roasting sweet potatoes, chatting, and the warmth continued from the palm of our hands to our hearts. Such time is simple and satisfying, and it is endless aftertaste. Liushang B&B made us feel the human touch and the poetic life in the mountains. Thank you for your attentive hospitality!
