The hotel is in a great location, near Exit D of Macun subway station. There is also a restaurant downstairs that is open from morning to night. The hotel breakfast is good, and the waiter is very thoughtful and proactively helped me make coffee and cook rice noodles. The double room I stayed in was a bit noisy because it was next to the road, but the hygiene was good and the room was fully equipped.

The hotel is located on the shore of the scenic Nanhu Lake, where spring is in the air and transportation is convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, clean and sanitary, and the environment is elegant. The hotel's service quality is relatively high, with timely responses. The breakfast arrangements are rich in variety and a high degree of choice. Parking is convenient, and public places such as the lobby, breakfast, and fitness are arranged separately from the accommodation floors to avoid mutual interference.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

It's a newly opened hotel with very good sanitary conditions. The front desk, cleaning ladies and breakfast aunties are all very nice. The bedding is also very comfortable. The location is also good, there are a lot of takeaways and convenience stores around. But it must be pointed out that the use of the laundry room was a bit disorderly, and some uncultured passengers cut in line! ! ! I was very angry and called the front desk. The front desk said that men's and women's washing machines are universal and can be used. If that's the case, why do they have to be labeled men's and women's?

At dinner time, the hotel reserved a warm place for our couple. The customer service not only carefully introduced the dishes, but also the dishes can be ordered by ourselves. The hotel will prepare the dishes in advance and they are also very delicious and romantic. After obtaining consent, they specially arranged a special link for us-the lobby played our favorite love songs, making the dining atmosphere romantic and warm. The staff accompanied us through this very surprising time. The next morning, the customer service learned that my husband likes to get up early and run in the morning, so they thoughtfully prepared a local running route map. Nanhu Park is nearby, and it is very comfortable to watch the water flowing along the lake. They marked the check-in points and places to rest along the way, and specially attached a breakfast takeaway package for my husband to enjoy after his morning run. When my husband and I checked out, we were moved beyond words. This hotel trip far exceeded our expectations. Every detail made us feel warm. We will choose this hotel for vacation in the future and recommend it to our relatives and friends. The Mehao Lizhi Hotel still makes people feel warm. This is a very good big family, and it makes us feel like this is our second home.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. The floor looks very simple, the corridor is not very carefully installed, it looks like the construction is not perfect in the process. The room was very simple, and the construction process left a lot of unwashed cement. The smell in the room was still quite heavy. I didn't know what bugs bit me when I slept at night. I didn't care much. The result was still not good the next day, and itchy and painful.

I don't know how my companions can place the necessary things. Second, the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room, but it provides laundry services for tourists. This is a considerate move but would be detrimental to the privacy of our passengers.
