前台服務很好，設施很齊全，負一樓就是健身房和游泳池 ，服務也很好，禮賓車隨叫隨到，晚安牛奶是蒙牛牌子的，個人覺得很好。

房間大，陽台大且景觀很好。整體服務還行。整體硬件設施比較老舊，特別是大堂吧，沙發臟的沒眼看，坐不下去。比如洗衣之類的很多基礎服務都要額外收費。

這次的酒店入住體驗太棒了！一進大堂，裝修簡約又大氣，暖黃色燈光營造出温馨氛圍，前台工作人員熱情迎接，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方。
房間超乾淨，沒有一點異味，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去就像被雲朵包裹，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量不錯，沐浴露味道很好聞，熱水即開即有，水流穩定。

位置非常非常好，五星湖，廣西美術館，都非常近，比三街兩巷好逛，適合喜歡安靜的人，套餐送的老友粉也很好吃，是非常好的入住體驗，下次帶家裡人可以考慮這兒，性價比很高

特別驚喜的一次出行，在來之前我還比較慌，因為攜程評價裏的圖片都比較一般般，結果給了我一個大驚喜，環境好，服務好，每個人都很熱情，擺渡車隨叫隨到，酒店早餐廳美到驚人。房間也大，兩個寬敞陽台，還有免費的游泳池，遊樂場。哈哈，小朋友可以不出酒店開心玩一天。必須給個大大的好評！！！

酒店環境很好，園林式的，分很多樓棟，提供24小時禮賓車服務，開車的小哥服務也很熱情，有泳池健身房，有小童樂園，可以看孔雀梅花鹿，小山羊，非常適合家庭出遊或休閑度假，有機會還會再次選擇入住。帶小孩可以裏面玩一天，性價比還是非常高的。

房間設施超級友好，小朋友的佈置很有愛，小朋友喜歡的不得了。山莊位於公園內，去哪都有接駁車接送，足不出户都能好好玩。早餐中西結合，長者小孩都吃的很開心。工作人員超級友善，賓至如歸，是一家值得二刷的酒店。

不喜歡那種高樓大廈的酒店，該酒店才是真正的度假酒店。房間很大，環境一級棒👍，靠近五象山公園。由於要出去逛逛，呆在酒店時間太少，感覺可以一直泡酒店就很不錯。過來辦理入住，安排了親子下午茶，美味可愛的甜點。有機會再來南寧一定會再選擇這。
