從“南湖”地鐵站出站，距離酒店稍微有點遠，還算ok。酒店周邊有屏蔽，在做工程。
在酒店一樓大堂辦理入住，問前台接待員，能否贈送多一份早餐（房間包含一份早餐）。接待員回覆：店早餐成本高，不可以贈送多一份早餐（酒店成本控制，屬於酒店內部管理問題）。
見接待員作以上回復，那回復接待員：那不可以贈送多一份早餐，那算了。
入住當晚10:37分，接攜程旅行網來電，電話裏是一位自稱南湖名都大酒店值班經理。電話裏説：先生，你想酒店贈送多一份早餐。既然你提出要多一份早餐，那就贈送你多一份早餐。
見該值班經理電話來電，如此沒有藝術的話術，領客人感到惱火。什麼客人既然提出要多一份早餐，那就送多你一份早餐。電話裏回覆這位值班經理：不需要酒店多贈送的一份早餐。
第二天早上，在酒店西餐廳憑房卡用早餐。餐廳裏面的餐盤上有不明的水漬，連續取了兩個餐盤都存在同樣的情況（不明的水漬，感覺餐具不衞生）。在果汁區域取用果汁，食品台上有一灘水漬（範圍較大），餐廳管理人員及服務人員，沒有及時發現及時處理（早餐時段，餐廳樓面黑衣服及服務員也有6、7人）。留意一下現場服務：客人用過的餐盤沒有及時收走，待客人用餐完畢離開餐廳，服務員方收拾餐桌上的餐具。
總結：這家5星級酒店，服務與管理存在問題，希望酒店管理層給與重視。原本預訂該酒店3天2晚，結果遇到以上問題，本次總體入住體驗感十分糟糕，果斷入住1晚後，提前辦理退房離店。

第二次入駐了，整體還是很適合差旅的。
設施：整體比較老舊，比如浴缸是早期的類型，人體工學上稍差。
衞生：總體乾淨，未見明顯的灰塵。

這個價格裏可以算是很好的選擇了，體驗感極佳，風景好，交通便利，服務態度也好，下次還會來。唯一不是很舒服的是樓下在修地鐵吧應該是，回酒店稍微需要繞路
