房屋乾淨整潔，無異味，陽台就可以看到邕江，下樓過馬路就是三街兩巷，馬路斜對面就可以吃到網紅老友粉，交通特別方便，更重要是房東也貼心，多晚都會回覆，還給共產主義接班人準備了小禮物！

設施齊全，還有小烏龜和小魚，孩子很喜歡，地勢也很好，過馬路就到三街兩巷，周邊吃東西很方便，唯一不足就是停車不是免費的。

靠近三街兩巷，小豬房，小熊房都很好，房間挺乾淨的。我家小朋友很喜歡在陽台坐着搖搖椅看外面很舒服。附近吃的逛街都可以。附近有一家朝鮮拌飯超級好吃。
