I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

Hi, I stayed at Double Tree hotel at WuXiang, Nanning. Overall the environment is clean and spacious and the senior staff is much helpful to provide assistance as I was first time at Nanning. Unfortunately, on my last day of visit on 17th March, I encountered a bad experience with Luckin Coffee stall at Double Tree Hotel. A one man staff attending to several orders totally ignored me while I was waiting for his attention to make order. Understandably I tried to wait however, he seems so engrossed over his tasks hence, I get his attention to said I need a cup of coffee and he just said scan the code...I scanned with my usual scanner and did not work out, and revert to him, he then said use Weixin. As this is my first time, I find it difficult as not familiar and I gave up since he doesn't bother to render help. It was very disappointing to experience this after having a good impression of Nanning generally.
I really hope the Hotel can be more friendly as this is supposed to be a four stars hotel.

Probably the most comfortable stay I had in a hotel in awhile.
Service was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nanning.

Very good service from the hotel! Was there for a concert. It’s within walking distance to the stadium. Room is clean and no cigarette smell. The temperature gets colder at night. Hotel staff prepared ginger tea for the guests who returned after the concert. I even got complimentary breakfast for 2! Food choices are really generous! Only downside is that the room is pretty warm. Called for technician to check but was told that the customers had feedback it’s cold so they had to adjust the temperature centrally and there isn’t much they could do for my room. Opening the window didn’t help . Other than that all is great! Highlight recommended !
