Hotels near Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction Zhongxing Campus, Nanning

Really nice hotel with really clean and confort room. Well located few meters to the metro. The desk service was excellent even if I don’t speak Chinese. the ladies was really nice and help me to organize my stay . A special thank you to Wei Jiaxin who gave me a warm welcome and also help me to have a Chinese number. Highly recommend that place event for solo and foreigner traveler !

Come to play in the field, specially booked a room that can see Guangxi University, but I saw the bad review and said that it was very noisy and there were many that said that the soundproofing was good. I hesitated and didn’t cancel the big deal. I changed the place the next day. First of all, they are apartment-style hotels. There are also nail IELTS on other floors. At first, I felt quite complicated. Will someone knock on the door in the middle of the night, but! Three hotels in this building have this one to swipe the card to set the floor they live in. There is also a special takeaway card for takeaways. The first floor is theirs. No one is half of this. I am worried that it will disappear completely. I feel quite interesting. I found that there is a chair for rest next to the elevator. There are flowers on the table 💐, and I feel a lot better in an instant. The room is very fresh and relaxing. If you don’t close the window near the road, there will be a little traffic noise. It’s quiet after closing the window. I think this is acceptable. It’s not noise. I haven’t been woken up all night. I received a call from the front desk at about 8 o'clock in the evening and asked me if the TV can be used normally. Is there any suggestions for hygiene? The room is noisy or not. I am really satisfied with all aspects! I have stayed in many hotels. The first time I met this kind of experience, I really asked me about my experience. They did a good job. The front desk was very sincere and welcoming. The service was in place. I also stayed the next day. (I haven’t evaluated the hotel for too long. There are a lot of words, but they are worth this evaluation. I hope their business is getting better and better. Come back next time you have time)

1. The service attitude is super good! ! ! The guy at the front desk is so gentle! ! ! ! 2. Because I brought my golden retriever, I asked in advance if I could bring it. They said I could check in for a cleaning fee of 100. I thought it was 100 per day, but it turned out to be 100 for two days as well. It was such a good deal! ! ! ! 3. The location is super good. It only takes five minutes to walk to Sanjieliangxiang. The most famous Nanwei Laoyoufen is also only a 10-minute walk away. Next to it are Xiguan Night Market and Zhongshan Road Night Market. It takes 5 minutes by taxi to Nanning High-speed Railway Station. This location is really great! ! ! 4. Pet-friendly hotels are really super friendly! ! They also gave us towel deodorant and small toys for the dog! ! ! Nanning is a good place, the food is delicious, I will come back next time.

The service is really intimate. From the time of check-in. There is any demand in the room, and someone will solve it soon after making a call. The procedures are also very convenient when checking out, and the staff also kindly asked about the feeling of the accommodation. I was very satisfied.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and definitely very affordable considering the location. The rooms were very spacious. Unfortunately, they were also extremely dated and not very clean at all. Bedding and towels were kept clean so that's great but the rooms themselves were really bad: mould in the showers and on the ceilings, and in every room there was the smell of stale smoke. The first room I saw was carpeted and the smell of disinfectant or something was absolutely overwhelming so I asked for a non-carpeted room and got one. Here, the smell was better but the shower was worse. Mould aside, the water pressure was minimal and it took forever to wash my hair. The air con is extremely loud so it was hard to keep it on at night. Overall, despite the good location and price I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff were pretty patient, hotel room was huge and clean. Had some hiccups with the TV but staff were very efficient in helping us on it. Location is at the chaoyang street with lots of food and activities below, it is however not noisy despite being so centrally located. Will definitely stay here again. Only downside is that there isnt a fridge in the hotel.

The location is very good, very close to the train station and subway station, and the transportation is convenient. Very quiet, everyone is very light. The mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep. Health is also good, the bathroom in the living room is very clean. Everything is complete.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer in Nanning because of this hotel. It is a newer hotel, and everything is so beautiful and modern! The tv is big, the bed is soft and the sheets and comforter and both soft as well. The bathroom had marble flooring though the bathroom itself is on the small side. The lights were nice and had switches right next to the bed. Both sides of the bed has an end table and charging ports! The hair dryer was hot and powerful as well. Everything was so nice! My only critiques are that the hallway carpets are pretty dirty and there was loud construction above us at the time of our stay. But everything is was so nice! Very comfortable, highly recommend. Plus they accept foreigners! Just walking distance to the pedestrian streets and other markets. Wonderful

Because I had to catch an early train, I made a reservation near the train station and checked four stars and above. This is the best hotel in the vicinity. At this price, I really didn’t have much hope at first. I didn’t expect that the room was very good, a twin room. There are two 1.5m beds, spacious and clean. Disadvantages: There was no refrigerator in our room. There happened to be a cleaning staff nearby, so I asked and was told that some rooms did not have refrigerators. This was a shock... because it was not strictly necessary, I did not ask the front desk to change the room.

Pros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.
