Mercure Hotel (Nanjing Xinjiekou Bojin)

Pelayanan front desk sangat antusias dan penuh perhatian. Makanan yang Anda pesan diantar oleh robot. Ruangannya tidak besar, tapi bersih dan elegan. Namun, tidak ada lampu cerdas yang dikontrol suara, jam alarm tirai, dll. Di Wenzhou, ponsel dapat diisi dayanya secara nirkabel, yang dapat ditingkatkan. Segala sesuatu yang lain cukup bagus, terutama staf yang sangat perhatian.

Dari check-in hingga check-out, pengurus rumah tangga memberikan layanan penuh perhatian, menjawab semua pertanyaan, hangat dan penuh perhatian, membantu check-out lebih lambat, mengambil bagasi, memuat mobil, menyapa semua orang dengan senyuman, yang membuat orang merasa sangat hangat; lokasinya sangat bagus, dan kawasan bisnis di sekitarnya penuh dengan makanan lezat, kereta bawah tanah dapat diakses ke segala arah; kamar dibersihkan tepat waktu, dan staf kebersihan sopan kepada tamu; rasanya enak... Layak direkomendasikan✌🏻

Saya memutuskan untuk membawa anak-anak saya ke Nanjing pada hari Jumat. Saya bergelut dengan hotel untuk waktu yang lama dan melihat banyak hotel. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk menginap di Mercure di Xinjiekou. Saya juga menginap di Mercure di Beijing tahun lalu, jadi Saya mendapat kesan yang baik. Saya tidak memilihnya kali ini. Kecewa, saya tiba pada jam 10 pada hari Jumat pagi. Saya pikir saya akan menyimpan barang bawaan saya sebelum pergi ke kebun binatang, tetapi saya tidak menyangka itu indah staf di meja depan langsung memberi saya kamar di lantai atas. Kami memberikan kantong buah kepada anak-anak saat kami check in, dan kantong sup bihun Lao Ya saat kami check out. Bibi yang membersihkan kamar melihat bahwa kami suka minum air dan mengisi banyak air. Terima kasih. Saya sangat antusias sejak awal. Saya akan kembali lagi bulan depan. Ngomong-ngomong, lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan sangat nyaman. Juga sangat dekat dengan toko roti anak anjing selebriti Internet. Jempolan.

Pelayanan prima!!! Meja depan sangat ramah. Hal pertama yang saya perhatikan ketika saya memasuki hotel ini adalah betapa baik layanan pelanggannya. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya datang ke Nangjing.

I hardly do reviews but i hope to share my views so that the hotel can improve. We arrived at the hotel about 9pm and the street was quite quiet as hotel is in CBD, not touristy downtown area. Had to lug our luggage in the dimly lited street, about 800m from Xinjiekou metro. Most shops were closed. Hotel is located at the end of a quiet street. We had to walk out 20-30mins to find a eatery. Hotel room though modern is not so practical. Shower and toilet have separate cubicles. Shower cubicle has no clothe line, not helpful. There is no place to put my bath toiletries as i prefer to use my own nor to hang fresh clothes to change into. Also, it is too wet to change inthe cubicle and the only way is to exit the cubicle to put on fresh clothes :'( Lightings in the room are too glaring to the eye,such as ceiling reading light cast on top of my head when i rest on the bed, is too sharp. The clothe rack (open concept with no cupboard doors) has a big rectangular light panel which is too glaring and it is besude our bed and cannot be turned off unless the master light control is switched off. The bar conter light panel is also very glaring and is in front of the bed so it cannot be turned on as a side light if your partner wants to sleep. The round shaped lamp is alright but it cannot be turned on and off independenrly and is linked to master control switch so I cannot turn on any side light/lamp without disturbing my partner's sleep. Had a very frustrating time with the lightings. In the end, the corridir lighting was used as my reading light :,( The room is also very stuffy and hot, opening the windows could not help. Hotel informed us that they would only switch on the air conditioning for air ventilation not cold air. We requested for a cooler fan but not enough, sweating, could not sleep, had to request for a 2nd fan. Pillows were too thin and soft. We had a bad night and did not sleep well. Would not recommend the hotel nor return again. The next day, we moved to a another hotel(*A....) and it is located at Confucius Temple area, 100m away from the Fuzimiao Metro Station. Fantastic lightings, adequately bright soft lightings yet can be separately controlled, bath and toilet are connected, clothe line, better pillows and SUPERB powerful cold air-conditioning. Plenty of eating places and sight-seeing. We are much happier after moving to

Great hotel to stay at, location, service, breakfast, comfortable rooms! Definitely recommend.
