The hotel is high-end and has a great environment. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Zhao's front desk service is very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic, and the waiters are very polite. My family and I feel that the Fengchao is worthy of being the first choice in Nanjing, which is really great.

I stayed at the hotel on Goddess Day. It was a pleasant hot spring trip. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the outdoor hot spring pool was also clean. The housekeeper would come to help clean it again and put hot spring water before use. Milk and steam eye masks would be delivered at night. The hotel pays attention to details. Bathtub bath bags and disposable toilet seats are provided. In the morning, if the weather is good, you can see the sunrise🌅. It was foggy today, and the hazy sunrise was also beautiful. The open-air hot spring pool in the morning can get the sun. The sun is very good, and the hot spring water is very hot. It is not cold at all even at night. The hotel provides an afternoon tea, snacks, nuts, candied fruits, fruits, yogurt, which is very rich, especially yogurt, like the milk skin yogurt of Ziguang*, which is very fragrant. Afternoon tea can be packed in the room for enjoyment. There are also free drinks and chocolates in the refrigerator. It is very comfortable to enjoy while taking a bath... The child said that there was a person on the head of the bed at night, which was a bit scary. I told him that it was a decoration, and then it was okay. There is also no hand sanitizer next to the sink in the bathroom, and other daily necessities are met. The pillow was too high for the kid, so we folded some clothes for him to sleep on. The overall stay was good! The service was great!

The child wanted to sleep in the big fish's mouth alone for the first time, and didn't want to sleep in the bed, hahahaha. We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

The B&B is really great, especially the sunset in this valley. I specially chose to come on a weekday. There are not many people and the experience is super good. Next time, I will find a weekend with good weather to take my children with me. There were few entertainment activities in the evening, and I felt that some holiday activities that guests could choose from could be launched. The dinner tasted good, and it was not a pre-prepared dish, but the quantity was too small, and I really didn't feel full. The room smelled of smoke, which should be dealt with, or the guests' needs should be asked in advance.
