1. Check-in said that check-in was available after 2 pm. We deliberately delayed our arrival for an hour at 3 pm, but were told that we could not check in yet. The soundproofing of the hotel is really poor. I kept hearing the cries of children that night and the voices of adults talking next door. It felt like they were talking outside the corridor. It was very loud. You could also hear the sound of water flowing in the water pipes in the middle of the night. It particularly affected our rest. We didn’t sleep much that night. It was really disturbing. 3. The room was arranged in a special place with twists and turns. It took several twists and turns to find it. It was very inconvenient. Later I found that the room has an interior window, which should be the problem of the apartment we booked. I want to turn on the air conditioner for ventilation, but all modes blow hot air, and I can only open the door for ventilation.
