The best place to sty in Nanjing! Beautiful, clean, comfortable room, pleasant, friendly and attentive service, and an absolutely gorgeous view from the 65th floor! The location is perfect, right next to Catherine park and Gulou metro station. I especially loved the bed, it was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. 100% recommend!

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. Got a free upgrade to a premier king with a view of the river . The location, the views from the hotel, the lobby, the staff, everything was just amazing. Was celebrating my GF birthday and send a request for a mini deco and the staff delivered. The staff spoke English, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I loved my stay here. Check in was quick and easy and they have staff who speak English which is always nice to see. They were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and my picture only shows a small amount of it. There is both Western and Chinese style breakfast options, so something for everyone. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but I still had 2 nights of good sleep. The room is big and clean and the river view is amazing.

We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, sofa, desk, and even a nice selection of tea. We will definitely stay at Pullman again. Thank you

We spent two nights here and everything was perfect. The location is very close to our destinations, and convenient shops are just around the corner. The hotel service was good and as for the room, it’s a bit smaller than we expected but it is surprisingly comfortable - excellent. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who want to visit Nanjing.

The room is of moderate size, not too big nor too small. The room is very clean, every corner is good, the smart toilet seat in the bathroom is good and comfortable to use. The only drawback is that the water flow from the shower head on the top is uneven, and the shower is not very comfortable. The service is also very good. If you need anything, you can call and it will be delivered to your door. There are three old buildings in the hotel compound, which were built before liberation. You can visit them to receive patriotic education.

The hotel is too old, the facilities and decoration are quite old, the room is very small, not 40 square meters as marked on Ctrip, which is not matched, lowering the grade of Sheraton. The VIP floor was booked, and the room facilities were not up to the price, and many people who did not book the VIP floor were also in the executive lounge; there were only two sockets in the room for charging, which was a bit troublesome; there was no elevator in the underground parking lot and no one informed, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs.
