Checked in late still the initial room provided had an issue with the tap which was changed after coaxing the reception. Overall quality of room was substandard with noisy air conditioner, soiled bed sheet and insect infested washroom.

They didn’t give complimentary water bottle and the waiter gave the tap filled water in the name of complimentary bottled water (cheating) also there was no water in the shower. It was extremely dirty and choked. I had to go to my colleagues room to have bath. We called the manager during the dinner time and the breakfast time as well but he never came. No one was there to even keep our luggage run the car as all the staff turned hostile when we tried complaining it to them.
