They didn’t give complimentary water bottle and the waiter gave the tap filled water in the name of complimentary bottled water (cheating) also there was no water in the shower. It was extremely dirty and choked. I had to go to my colleagues room to have bath. We called the manager during the dinner time and the breakfast time as well but he never came. No one was there to even keep our luggage run the car as all the staff turned hostile when we tried complaining it to them.

There in no keys for door lock. Everytime when i want out for some work and come back to hotel, i have to call receptionist for unlocking the door, really a terrible experience
