The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. The service staff from the front desk, bar, cleaning aunt and customer service are very polite. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Nanchang in the future.

This stay was actually because the hotel the night before was so unsatisfactory that I went to the front desk to cancel my extension in the middle of the night, and then I chose this place temporarily. The reason was simple, there were scarce family rooms here! But I didn't expect this stay to be such a pleasant surprise! The staff were very warm and friendly, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The enthusiastic front desk lady upgraded our room type and arranged breakfast for the children. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, warm and elegant, clean and sanitary, with a superb river view. In the evening, we arranged for a good night's snack and fruit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was also good. I hardly felt disturbed and had a good night's sleep. The elderly and children traveling with me were very satisfied. The hotel's breakfast was wow, very Nanchang~

The hotel is very elegant and quiet. The breakfast includes mixed noodles and clay pot soup, which tastes OK. The front desk Eleven has good service and recommended several authentic Nanchang specialties next to the hotel. There are many locals. By the way, the hotel has a robot. If you order takeout, the robot can deliver it, which is very convenient.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet, suitable for business trips. It is not difficult to get a taxi. The breakfast is good, and the price-performance ratio is improved. There is not much entertainment and dining around, and it takes a while to order takeout, but it is acceptable.
