I recently stayed at this homestay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is its prime location—right in the heart of a bustling area, surrounded by popular food stalls and restaurants. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the convenience of having amazing local eats just a short walk away. The room itself is clean and spacious, comfortably fitting four adults. The design is modern and trendy, making it a great spot for photos. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning the room daily, which adds to the comfort of the stay. Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable, especially for the location and room size, making it a good option for families. However, the biggest downside is the lift. There’s only one small lift shared between the homestay and the restaurant below, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. The lift also feels a bit dirty and smelly, likely due to some guests smoking inside. I even saw someone spit in the corner, which was quite unpleasant.

Superbly beautiful view from the room. Room is also very spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff is also friendly, warm and helpful. He went downstairs with us to help us with our luggage up the stairs on the ground floor at the entrance of the development. Perhaps need another mirror in the room as there’s only one mirror in the bathroom. Hope to be back again one day.

The first time I came here, the room was very new, the decoration was very high-end, it was really cheap! Downstairs is Taiwan Street, it is very convenient to go out to eat and go shopping, and will continue to set here in South Australia in the future. I have already recommended it to my friends.

The courtyard of the B&B is beautifully maintained, and it's very comfortable to bask in the sun and drink tea in the yard in your spare time. The housekeeper in the store is super considerate.
