All aspects are very good. The hotel is very clean, but there is no hot water bottle, you have to take it with the front desk, and there is no bottled water in the hotel.

The hotel is located about 3 kilometers from the city center. There are several plazas along the way to shop and eat. The breakfast at the hotel is simple but full. Some rooms have been renovated and are quite good. Reception is very warm, praise!

The location is convenient, the front desk staff is very friendly, and breakfast is included. The room is old and the cleanliness is not ideal. It seems that the previous guest left his underwear under the chair but the cleaning staff didn't find it. After calling customer service, someone from the hotel came to clean it quickly, so I didn't choose to replace it.

Clean hotel close to ferry terminal. Breakfast basic but okay. Away from downtown. Free car parking. Good size rooms. Excellent bed. Excellent WiFi.

This hotel is a bit biased on Victoria Island. If it is not self-driving, it is very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are relatively complete. There are hot springs. The hotel was clean and tidy, the service attitude of the staff was very polite and friendly, commendable, the toilets in the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was a good night.
