Foreshore Caravan Park Nambucca Heads

Booked about a month in advance. So over the phone it sounded just a little strange. First was the no linen provided but could be provided at extra cost. Second I asked if i paid for linen would the bed be made. No was the answer. Anyway, love Nambucca and nothing else suited for price and location. So arrived late in the day, male host must have taken pity on having an elderly gent booking a cabin with no bathroom facilities so he upgraded me and threw the linen in for free. No complaint from me. Just had to make the bed which is a touch to far for me with mobility issues. Anyway, it was a nice cabin, full stove and full size fridge, bathroom was tops with great water pressure for the shower. An easy walk to the RSL which is a beaut club with really good food and drink prices to match. All in all, what is there not to like about this park and Nambucca?

Powered site right on the water with amazing views. Super clean amenities and showers with great pressure. Great park and would highly recommend for anyone to stay for a night or a month or more. I've been in heaps of caravan parks and this is one of the best. River shallow and calm for kids and surf is just beyond. Staff super helpful and lovely. Not a single negative in the slightest. I think best place to stay in Nambucca Heads. Stayed in a one bedroom cabin with verandah and right on the water. Cabin was extra clean and staff, even maintenance man, extremely friendly. Very handy coffee shop/ cafe opposite with good selection of food and drinks. Handy to walk to town (although up a steep hill) Nambucca Plaza in opposite direction, also very close and a lovely RSL club also on the doorstep but they do offer a courtesy bus. If it’s just two of you, highly recommend cabin number 5. On the end and balcony looking over the stunning view of the water. Free WIFI also. Need to bring own linen but can hire if need be. Also need own tea coffee etc as a cabin not a motel room. Enjoy.

Beautiful outlook, close to the water, but very small caravan sites, almost touching each other. The road is gravel, so everytime a car drives past or somebody walks past, it is very loud & dusty. The amenities block is old, but very clean.
