Staff is generally warm and friendly However, 2 of my friends developed rashes from bed bugs after spending one night at the hotel Also I requested for a VIP room with twin beds via Trip.com but they provided a room with a single queen bed instead. The staff seemed unaware of the request and only allocated us another room with twin bed on the second night (as there was no available twin room for the first night) Location is generally far (2h drive) from the other main attractions of Khao Yai which are at the northern side of the mountain Also there was no telephone to call front desk or room service (you need to get the front desk's Line from its official website and room service number is provided in the room) Unfortunately our water heater was spoiled and it was raining on both nights, especially on the second night when the rain was strong, the rainwater splashed into the toilet through the window (which were holes in the wall covered with mosquito net)

The house is clean. I like that it is separated into separate houses. It is quiet and there is no noise.

Clean room, easy to travel, next to various shops, 7-11, Lotus, CJ, and also next to a gas station.

The room looks new, clean, wide space, has a refrigerator, TV, cool air conditioning, soft bed, comfortable sleep.

Room c3 - Cleanliness: There were chiggers on the edge of the bed and bird droppings on the balcony where clothes were drying. The shower head was old and had black mold. - The air conditioner wasn't cool, I don't know if the coil was broken. I turned on the cool mode at 16 degrees Celsius and it wasn't cool. The TV was a camera type with a weak signal. The faucet was about to break and wobbled when in use. - The towel was very hard, so I didn't use it.

The room is clean, but the location is too dark at night. There is not enough lighting around the accommodation.

It's considered good for going to work. It's convenient to travel and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Good location next to the main road. Near the PT gas station, take a van from Mo Chit Bok. The driver can get off at this point. The front desk for check-in and key collection is in front. Food delivery and product sales are clearly provided. Check in very fast. In the room, the air conditioning works well. For people who are not serious about accommodations, we may have made a booking a little too late, causing us to not be able to choose other room types. This room is the last room, which is a 3-bed room, so it may not be as comfortable as we had hoped. But if people are not serious about this price, they can stay overnight to continue their journey.
