Absolutely beautiful location and multiple hot spring options! The buffet breakfast was exquisite as well ask the multi-course dinner. Sadly we only were able to stay one night but waking up in morning to see beautiful flurries of snow surrounded by mountains was much more magical and memorable than I imagined! During our stay, I even lost my camera and the staff were so kind to go down the mountain and mail it to me at the airport, speak Japanese to the staff at the airport to help me find it and I am forever grateful for their kindness and service. If I lost my camera I would’ve lost all my photos and videos of the trip! The staff speak Chinese and fluent English and so it was really easy to communicate with them. Will definitely come back!! PPhilipp MaasThis hot spring inn was renovated 10 years ago. There are 3 baths, the best being the open-air bath by the river. The service was very polite. No complaints.

GGuest UserWe stayed here during a two-day ski trip. I found this inn very appealing, especially since I had never seen it on social media. There are only a few rooms, so it was quiet and very comfortable. We were worried about which one to choose, but we stayed at ”Kiri,” which has an open-air bath in the room, and it was better than we expected, so we took a bath five times (lol). We'll definitely come back here again! We've been saying that ever since we got back. However, we didn't get a plan that included dinner, so we were hoping to eat at a nearby restaurant, but all the restaurants closed early, so we were left without food, which was a bit of a downside^^; Next time we stay, we'll make sure to make a reservation for meals!! The inn itself was really nice and the best. Thank you for your hospitality.
