This is the most worry-free place because there are no shops and restaurants near these hot springs. This hotel has a hot spring private soup and delicious breakfast and dinner. You can stay here quietly for a few days, all in all very good, will come next time

Wonderful room, service, and overall experience. The room was equipped with a gas heater that quickly warmed the room up despite the January cold. There were also cups, a tea pot, satchels of green tea, and an electric kettle to prepare tea in the room. The onsen bath was very hot and wonderful and the futon and pillows were comfortable. 5/5 experience!

After changing the room, the room is particularly spacious, bright, comfortable and warm. The room faces the river, and the sound of gurgling water can relieve stress. The location of the hotel recommends driving. All guests in the hotel are required to leave their outdoor shoes in the locker in front of the hotel lobby, which makes the hotel look very clean.

Absolutely beautiful location and multiple hot spring options! The buffet breakfast was exquisite as well ask the multi-course dinner. Sadly we only were able to stay one night but waking up in morning to see beautiful flurries of snow surrounded by mountains was much more magical and memorable than I imagined! During our stay, I even lost my camera and the staff were so kind to go down the mountain and mail it to me at the airport, speak Japanese to the staff at the airport to help me find it and I am forever grateful for their kindness and service. If I lost my camera I would’ve lost all my photos and videos of the trip! The staff speak Chinese and fluent English and so it was really easy to communicate with them. Will definitely come back!! This hot spring inn was renovated 10 years ago. There are 3 baths, the best being the open-air bath by the river. The service was very polite. No complaints.
