It is a low-priced hotel in Tateyama Kurobe Scenic Area, and it also includes 2 meals, which is very cost-effective.
Advantages:
Breakfast and dinner are very rich, and I basically can't eat them all. The view of the restaurant is also good.
It is very close to the Midagahara bus stop, just a few steps away, unlike the Thunderbird Sawa where it is more inconvenient. You need to make an appoin**ent with the front desk when checking in to get on the bus the next day, otherwise they won't stop (I saw colorful clouds when waiting for the bus that morning)
There is a large bath, and it is quite comfortable to take a bath
There are snacks for sale, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat at night
Although I didn't book a hotel in Murodo (that one is also expensive, the price per person is three or four times higher), but the altitude is only 400 meters different. If the weather permits, you can also stargaze at the hotel entrance
Disadvantages: There is no toilet in the room, but the price of this scenic area is generally such a configuration, which is in line with the cost-effectiveness.

CCKAmazing views from the bath and rooms. It snowed heavily when we arrived and departed and the staff kindly offered to guide guests to the station at 9am. Truly, without which, we might have been in real danger as visibility was poor and it was very difficult to walk and follow the trail when markers are under snow. Snowshoes and poles are available for rent at 1000yen per person per day. Remember to bring your own toothbrushes, towels and yukata/pajamas as these must be bought or rented. Nevertheless, our stay was unquestionably an unforgettable one. I would like to thank the staff for sending to my last hotel in Japan, the spectacles I had forgotten at the sink. Unmatched service. Do not miss out on this chance to make an unforgettable memory!

KKelisiduoAs a destination in life, one day is definitely not enough. It is strongly recommended to stay at Tateyama Hotel for one night. After all, it is the highest hotel in Japan and the best hotel in Murodo.
The hotel is right at the entrance of Snow Valley. You can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you open the window. The location is excellent. The hotel organizes stargazing, sunrise watching, and ptarmigan watching activities every day. The most important thing is that as a hotel guest, you can enjoy the snow wall of Snow Valley up close and personal after the bus tourists leave, take photos as much as you want, and experience it to the fullest!

GGuest UserThe room is Japanese-style tatami, and three people live more comfortably. The dining is also ok in terms of the conditions on the mountain, and you can eat enough. The inn is at least two kilometers away from the room. It is basically a step or a stone road. It is about three mountains high and low. It is a bit tired, but the scenery along the way is quite good. The hotel is right next to the geothermal heat, the hot spring is original, the hotel is close to the mountaineer campground (the last picture was taken at the entrance of the hotel, zoomed in, and the small colored dots are camping ⛺️)
