Nicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.

What I hope to improve is: the first time I booked through Ctrip, I didn’t receive the confirmation email from the hotel. I didn’t know the check-in password, wifi password, parking location and other Guanjian information. After arriving at the hotel that night, I was a little twisted and I also played a few international long-distance calls. The staff arranged for the Chinese waiter to call me back. Although it was fast, if there was a confirmation email, everyone would save a lot of trouble. The second hotel name and address did not match Google Maps.
