The hotel has a novel design, good service, clean and sanitary, but the shower water is a bit small. Overall, it is good, about 50 minutes drive from Wilson Airport during peak traffic hours.

This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

After arriving from a 10hr flight into NBO, we found Kweto Hotel to be a beautiful destination and start to our holiday in Kenya. We were greeted at the entrance by Anthony who we found to be very personable and helpful. Anthony brought our luggage inside and provided a brief history of the property. His timing and delivery were perfect. Gideon checked us in and was consultative on our upcoming stay. After telling him our plans for later in the weekend (early morning Saturday Safari); he suggested we could pay in advance for only Friday morning breakfast. His approach helped put us at ease immediately. He also said our hotel payment (we used a combination of cash and points), would require an additional deposit of which he asked, "would this be ok?". His use of the question helped build trust and was greatly appreciated. Anthony then took us to our room while providing a tour of the hotel, for instance the '1893' coffee bar named for the year Kenya started growing cocoa beans, in addition to the restaurants available. A truly delightful way to be welcolmed and begin our weekend stay!

The hotel is beautiful and well put together. The staff are friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay very relaxing. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, Olive in the front of house was very helpful, Maxwell in housekeeping kept our rooms spotless and well stocked and Trevor from Upeppo was an excellent host when we ate at the hotel. The location is great, a few minutes from the city proper by on the edge of the forest so you don't feel like you're in a big city. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Nairobi!

We were welcomed in the coffee shop 1893 by Maxwell who is outstanding and represents the hotel beautifully. Maxwell took time out of his shift to show us the property and walk us to the restaurant for breakfast. A truly wonderful welcome and start to our day!

The hotel is clean and maxwell has being so good at orientation and hospitality l give him 10/10 what an amazing experience the receptionst has being so good also and the welcoming drink from the reception and the ambience lord sooo amazing cant wait to be in the room
