The whole place is excellent. Everytime I am in Nairobi I’ll be staying there.

出乎意料的大!!!也不知道是安排調計的，我一房一廳，變成了超大的三房兩廳。整潔，設施齊全的公寓，含微波爐，烤箱，冰箱，餐具，廚具，鍋具，樓下有停車場，安保嚴密，訪客需核實身份才可進入，內羅畢公寓天花板。

Nice place for vacation, friendly and very helpful staff day or night. Modern facilities but tennis court unavailable, only available outside space is by the pool. I booked this place as my 12 years old son loves playing his football outside only to be informed yaya did not have access to the play area when we got there.Properties rooms are generous but lack full length mirror. Only mirror is in the bathroom and mists after a shower. A mirror in the bedroom would be appreciated. The rooms where not very sound proofed as there was on going construction outside the residence that could be easily heard from inside the rooms.

The apartment was very clean, well decorated and well equipped. What's more, there's a shopping center nearby (1 minute away) where you can do some shopping and eat. As we were just passing through, we found this very interesting and practical.

There is no better choice for a family friendly, secure, convenient and fantastic stay! My family and I felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond (Special mention to Ruth, William, Jacinta, Anthony and Mary as well as the fantastic security staff and all other staff we came across.) The booking and check in process was seamless and we will definitely be back. This is currently our place of choice for future stays in Kenya for the foreseeable! Thank you, Team!

The facility is extremely clean and their services are exceptional starting with the customer service at the reception to the sales , and the service team. I and my team have no regrets visiting Yaya Hotel and Apartment and I would visit again and again As I truly got value for my money.

The rooms are very spacious rooms and unique in colour and interior paintings. Very convenient location next to the mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay with you and recommend you to friends during their stay in Nairobi. I

Starting from the management, through the reception, including room service and security staff, all are very professionals. Helpfulness of the staff and cleanlines of the rooms are amazing! My experienc with YAYA Hotels and Apartments is awesome!

We felt like home at Yaya. Their biggest asset is the staff, caring - professional - service-minded. But then also the spacious apartments, the pool, the gym and the free-of-charge laundry room were fantastic! The mall just metres away, which includes a supermarket, was really handy; allowed us to bring exotic goodies home, buy clothes, books and Africa souvenirs at decent prices.

The staff are very hospitable and I loved how the rooms are very spacious and modern furnishings. I loved the location of the apartment how it is near Yaya centre where you can do your shopping and also a variety of restaurants for your meals. Nice. Place to be.

Being my first time in Nairobi for business the place is beautiful and I would love to be back.The service was excellent, the environment was conducive, the staff were good and welcoming, and very approachable. You would think that being in Yaya the place might not be quiet but it's really a good place when you want to have your own me time. Loved the place

Very convenient location with the Yaya Centre next door. Front staff incredibly warm and welcoming. Apartment exceeded expectations. Great place for the six of us to hunker down between safaris in Uganda and Kenya/Tanzania. Our routine was to get coffee and pastries every morning from ArtCaffe next door.
