Our stay was very amazing staff was very good food was amazing all over our weekend spent quite peaceful

Food and location was good, staff was also supporting but cleanliness was not maintained as rooms were not clean properly and ac & fans were not working properly.

I am so sad to say, this is one of my first 1 star reviews. This was a place I will never return to. I will start with the positives, because there were some. Positives: - the staff was very friendly and accommodating - I asked to move rooms and they did so. - they did their best to resolve my complaints and handled it kind and professionally. - the (outside) grounds are beautiful Negatives: - the first room i was put in was absolutely disgusting. it smelled of mold, there were hairs all over my sheets & pillows, the bathroom had stuff (see pictures) all over the walls, I'm not sure the bathroom has ever been cleaned. The pipes were leaking water all over the bathroom. - I asked to be moved rooms to someplace cleaner and they did, this room honestly wasnt much better, but i didnt think I would get sick from the mold. - the walls were still dirty, I had to sanitize the toilet before sitting down - my top door lock did not work I am very sad to say this place did not meet my expectations at all. While I realize this was a cheaper accommodation, cleanliness did not need to be sacrificed. I think this property has potential, as all the old reviews show it was a wonderful place. But it is since extremely run down and not cared for. I highly recommend the staff put some serious cleaning into the property to make it a nice place again.

Washroom doors not locking in all the four rooms. Toilet seats are dirty all over. Foods prices are comparable to 5 start hotel in Delhi. Not maintained properly. Lights are very low on property. Activity area is doomed. Pool table looks like 200 yrs old with torn cusion. Worst experience. Don’t go there guys

It was overall good experience as services were appreciable and the usp of resort is tasty food. Property is old and seeking maintenance from owner. Staff is cooperative and cordial.

The location of the resort is top notch, away from all hustle and bustle of city life. We celebrated our first anniversary at this beautiful resort. The food was delicious and the service was really good. The room was spacious and we would recommend this place for someone who just wants to relax for some time away from city life.

Staff services is really nice. Everyone is cooperative and helpful. Food was delicious and fits well to the pocket as well. Location is not at all good. Resort is not properly maintained

Staff service was awesome. They were very supportive and prompt. Though the room in which we were staying had dampness all around and the worst part was that the ceiling started leaking on our last day of stay. Some clothes were wet when i got up morning and noticed that the leakage was there all night. Request the team to please fix this as this was not at all a good experience and very irritating. Ceiling leakage not at all acceptable.
