Country Inn Nature Resort Bhimtal

I had a fantastic experience at Country Inn. The service and staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Kheemji, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location is another highlight — surrounded by lakes and close to adventure sports, it truly makes it one of the best places to stay. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience. Highly recommended

We were a family group of 16, with ages ranging from 7-78. We spent 3 nights in this resort as part of our Uttarkhand trip! Hats off to the team for their hospitality! Staff were very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to all planning to visit Nainital/ Bhimtal. It was far away from the bustle of Nainital and yet just a short trip away from the Bhimtal lake making it an ideal place to camp. We had opted for breakfast ***** with stay and all 3 days we enjoyed amazing breakfast with lots of variety !

The trip was awesome, and special thanks to Mayank and his team for making this MICE trip perfect. Food and hospitality are really nice. We recommend our friends and corporate groups to visit Country INN Bhimtal. Surely we will visit again with another corporate group.

I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback following our recent 3-night stay at your property. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, and the location was excellent. While the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, the property itself is quite old and would benefit from significant upkeep. The security presence at the main gate was reassuring. Regarding breakfast, the options were somewhat limited during the first two days, but on the third day, there was a noticeable improvement with more variety and better quality. However, I believe the reception staff could benefit from focusing more on listening carefully to guests' requests to ensure smooth communication. A few other points to note: The water heater in the bathroom didn’t function properly and took about 45 minutes to heat a bucket of water. The in-room dining experience was pleasant, with good food quality; however, the prices were higher compared to other local restaurants. After 10:00 PM, all nearby restaurants were closed, making dining options limited late in the evening. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. Thank you for a generally pleasant experience. Must visit Local attractions: Neem Karoli Baba Ashram Kanchi Dham - 1 hours from the resort. Golu Devta Temple - 30 mins from the resort.

I will start with the nature. Nature is beautifully maintain by country in resort bhimtal. Service, food, amenities and entire property was too good. This was my fifth visit to country in bhimtal and again I will go there with my family. Staff member Khem and Sanjay was very helpful and supportive.

recently stayed at this hotel, and it was nice staying here. the Only thing I want to highlight is that from the moment I arrived, the Manager Mr Suraj Thapa was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They were dismissive when I had questions and gave off an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. whatever we asked to this guy he always had an excuse. Rest everything was fine I literally want to address Mr Thapa to learn some etiquette on how to behave with the Guest. i have a humble request for the Country Inn Management Please Improve the standards of your hotel Mr suraj Behavior was not acceptable at all. He was behaving like It was clear that customer service was not a priority here. Overall, my stay was a major letdown, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
