The resort is located in a peaceful area amidst nature. The location, building and the rooms are good.Only if they work on the service aspect their rating will improve.They do things only when the guest asks for. The kitchen serves good food. Three km away you can find a market to get fast food /eatables of your choice. Nature lovers will love the resort with veiws of sunrise sunset chirping of birds and lot of greenery

The rooms were worst ever i had seen , bathroom having very sticky fishy smell . No welcome drink. In the morning on 5 th june we have upgraded our rooms to A COTTAGE. It was nice and spacious but the experience of staff and service were so pathetic , i had booked my holidays with country vacations and i request even country vacation management and the members not to book this property even for free. It was like jail u are been charged with 100 rs for 1 ltr of mineral water/tea / coffee/ and rs 200 for a glass of 250 ml of butter milk. No staff except than a few are responsive and out of few who are responsive only 1/2 are executing your request and commitment. Even for a glass of buransh ( welcome drink ) on request been told that this can not be given as it is only for those who pay extra charge . A bottle of 1 ltr buransh being sold in uttarakhand @ 120 rs a ltr . And from one bottle 30 glass ( after adding water ) is made so cost of a glass is just 3rs. For which a property called to be 3/4 star catagory and of RPI ( Reuters planner India) group of hotels is so poor in hospitility that asking extra monies for a glass of welcome drink. The list is go on and on but the message is clear the Managenet is very pethatic and so ignoranant about their reputation and hospitility to the clients( guests) and believe me this my last night at this property and i will be going from here by not to spoil my holidays by booking any property in RPI group of property. And also request country vacations not to book this property unless and untill they are assured of their members good welcoming

Terrible experience, extremely poor hygiene, very bad smell in the bathrooms, reception staff is rude , was promised a buffet breakfast & dinner but was served 2 dishes in each meal in flithy cutlery each time , no dessert, there was a roadside puppy freely entering the rooms & sitting on the beds. Very disappointing 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Mr. Vanish worst person very rude behaviour every time changing commitment. Don't book through offbeat hotels Mr. Vanish don't have manners how to talk Worst food, dirty bed sheets, overall bad experience
