Excellent Food Quality service was upto the mark even though it was Weekend Saturday Mangeshji and Shaileshji Really Handled well and very Polite attitude Love the Service. Very good Ambience, If Planning with family this is the best place for dinning.

The over all stay was wonderful, was here for a family function. The staff was helpful and the functions were organised very well. The food quality was very good. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. Over all it was a very good stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay. As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Staff is not trained well to attend guests, gesture was not good at all. Too much waiting time for checkin and checkout process. & misbehave with my family,Front office staff is not professional thye will reply like Sarkari babu.

Good and Professional service by staff. We organised a fresher's party for our students which was well organised by the hotel. DJ sound system was very good. Food was of very good quality. However hotel needs to improve the taste of Mojito served.

Nice stay with good hospitality. I stayed here with my family for 3 days. We checked in late at night but check in was smooth. Initially we got twin bed which was not booked but they changed the room the next day itself. Property does look old but they are renovating. Breakfast buffet spread is less but quality and taste is good. Seraj was very helpful for getting all the food we needed. Overall nice stay

Room was nice with good service housekeeping was very good..food was very delicious and has variety of options. recommend to stay at hotel Airport centre point.. service at reception was very punctual and helpfull thanks to Mr.Amol patil(Security Guard)for helping us with the service he did his best to us. All staff was very polite with us and we had very great time there it become my first choice to stay in Nagpur I will visit again if I had chance to visit .. it the best hotel to staying Nagaur 😇
