The hotel is situated next to Meitetsu and JR station with shopping mall, restaurant and drug store within an easy walking distance. If you don’t want staying at Nagoya station or Sakae, this hotel at Kanayama station will be your best choice.

Manage to stay one night here. Lovely and clean hotel. Free cofffe in the lobby. Visit during winter so when step into the lobby and get a nice coffee, feel very comfortable.

The hotel is quite good, with good surrounding facilities. It is only a 3-minute walk from the subway station. There are also large supermarkets and convenience stores, which is quite convenient. However, the room is very small and smells of cigarettes. I asked the hotel to change it and they agreed immediately. It's not bad.

The hotel is right across the Kanayama station. Everything is quite sharp/clean/modern! We enjoyed the breakfast. I used the breakfast area to meet friends after the breakfast time was over.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from JR station. It is around red light district and may not be good for single women to go out at night. Staff are very helpful and with good manners. Hotel is new and bathroom and spacious compared to other old hotels in Japan. The Travelodge brand is acceptable and at reasonable price
