The Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre.  Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.  The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub! There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y. I'd stay again without a doubt!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped to extend our stay when our plans changed. The room was clean, best very comfortable, and powerful shower. Room service was excellent, even the room is cleaned after we leave quite late one day. We did not try the breakfast but they have free coffee and tea packets in the reception and coffee is very good. Most important of all for me, the sound isolation between rooms must be good because we never hear anyone next door.

Room is good.like that the hand wash is separate from the bathtub. Quite spacious for Japan hotels. Staff are very helpful - I did not have an adapter so they help lend me one. Within walkable distance to the train and main bus station. There is a Yume mall within 10mims walk. If you like, you can walk to alot of the sights

Within walking distance to the shopping mall. The room is small but clean. Surrounding is quiet but there is no parking lot attached to the hotel.

比起一般商務旅館，房間算蠻大，因為想要多點空間放行李及購物的商品所以訂了雙床房。隔音蠻好，早上別間房 house keeping 時也不太有嘈雜音。梳妝台兼書桌的桌子夠大，置物用餐都方便，插座也齊全，手機刮鬍刀行充可以一起充電很方便。而且住客多是商務客，短住居多，所以都很安靜，沒什麼噪音。廁所跟浴室是分開的，所有浴缸很大，每天早晚都泡泡澡很舒服。空調床鋪也很棒，每晚都睡得很舒服，小缺點是沒有保險箱，只好現金護照都帶著，到現在幾乎刷卡居多，現金本來就帶不多，問題不是很大。早上用餐區也不擁擠，可能剛好用餐的人的時間都分散開來，食物選擇還算不錯，可以很悠閒的邊看餐廳的晨間節目邊吃早餐。位置好似在市中心的中間位置，剛好去每個地方都蠻近，而且出飯店沒多久就是公車站，長崎市不大，利用這些公車幾乎能到所有景點，若要去遠點的地方，坐公車或散步走去長崎車站搭JR等鐵路也很方便。這附近應該是離出島區最近吧，沒事散散步可以感受一下昭和風與現代的交錯感。大推

衛浴分開,洗手盆放在了出面,早餐沒有吃到,附近有family mark,聽說在寫字可以賺取積分所以我寫了

房間太小了，是我這次日本行四個酒店中最小的，不過麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，而且還算比較乾淨。

房間衞生間設計獨特，廁所和浴室均獨立

初めてホテルに宿泊させてもらいましたが、アメニティも充実してました。清掃もきれいにされていて、とても宿泊しやすかったです。また何年か後　利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。

是本次九州四國之行中同等價格中房間面積最大 早餐最好的一家酒店 房間內配有按摩椅 每天外出歸來都可以得到一次放鬆 酒店離電車站很近 去市內景點都可以輕鬆抵達 去稻佐山好像沒有直達車 需要換車不太方便

浴槽の水の排水が悪く、脱衣場まで溢れてきて水浸しになりました。 排水口が詰まりぎみでは？ 907号室です。ご確認したほうが良いのでは。
