帶父母一家是四個人定了二件房。分別在二樓和三樓。接待人員拿了護照登記下就不理我們，沒人幫我搬下行李。因為沒有電梯，特別是二位長者已經80多歲了，也沒主動問下。早上見到也不主動打招呼，這點在日式酒店是服務降級了。浴場分別有二個。主館要走幾個迴廊，那裡有室外一個小小的地方。沒有提供浴巾。晚上在房間吃飯，這個比較私密性，不過二天餐食一般，特別是第二天都是冷食。交通方面有班車一個小時一班，回來打車差不多2000日幣。窗外景色不錯，房間空間也很大，這個是優點。

十這是一家分老的酒店，滿滿的歷史感，適合去靜養兩天，因為酒店在山上，遊客晚上幾乎沒法出門，房間設計擺設得很合理，可觀長崎全景

70歳の老夫婦の旅行でしたが、一番は夜景が素晴らしかった事です。どの部屋からも平等に見られて良かったです。従業員の皆さんの応対も良く、感じが良かったです。長崎駅からマイクロバスで送迎頂き便利でした。お風呂も朝ご飯も抜群でした。知り合いにも勧めたいと思います。唯一、気になったのは、冷蔵庫のモーター音が少し大きかった事くらいです。と言っても昼間に歩き疲れて、熟睡しましたが。

酒店風景沒話講，絕美，就是交通確實是個問題，接駁車班次不算多，而且晚上結束早，晚上活動到比較晚的話回去基本得靠打車。不過景色和服務都超讚。

とてもよいお宿でした。山の上にあるので街に出るのは少し不便ですが、その分、部屋からの眺めがよく、夜景を満喫しました。部屋は広々として、2人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい。お風呂は、少し小さめの展望浴場と、通路でつながっている系列旅館の大浴場の２種類があり、両方とも清潔で気持ちよかったです。連絡通路の途中には、長崎にまつわる豆知識や長崎弁など、プチ情報が張り出されていて、ためになります。朝食は宴会場のテーブル席でいただく純和食。少量ずつですが品数多く、いろいろな味が楽しめました。
とにかくスタッフの方々の気配り、目配りがよくきいています。こちらから頼み事をする前に察して声をかけて下さることが度々ありました。九州在住の方のおすすめ旅館だったのですが、泊まって納得です。
