I went here and check-in a bit late this time (around 9pm) but their still have staff to support at front. Hotel is around 20 mins walk from Nagano station

The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.

Good, the service is in place, the facilities are a little old, but completely acceptable, there is free parking service, it is some distance from the station, the convenience store is very close, in general, the price/performance ratio is good.

Due to the weather, I had to move in temporarily on the same day, so this was the only one left near Nagano. The location is remote, there is no JR station nearby, and the facilities are dilapidated, but the service attitude of the staff is good, and it is acceptable for short-term stays.

I used it for business use. The location is not very good as it is quite far from the station, but the price is kept low accordingly.

The hotel was kind. I was able to store my baggage before check-in. It was also nice to be able to drink coffee freely.

High cost performance. I think it's a good business hotel if you just want to stay. Free parking and plenty of amenities are available. Although the guest rooms feel old, they are well-cleaned and neat. And accommodation prices are cheap. In fact, this time, thanks to Shinshu Wari SPECIAL (nationwide travel support), there was almost no accommodation fee. Overall, I think it's a good business hotel if you're just staying at a convenience store nearby. It is recommended.
