There were multiple issues during my stay and don't recommend this lodge to anyone.
There was no hot water in the morning for bath. That is basic minimum thing a guest needs. Initially at best it was warm(not hot) after a while it became cold.
My mobile charger could not go in to any of the plug points.
There is no shower in bathroom.
I had booked the room for 3 people. The picture showed 2 cots(1 cot for 2 and another for 1), but the staff said 2 cots is only for AC option. This was not explicitly mentioned when I booked. They gave me an extra bed though.
Staff was courteous, polite and helping.

The worst stay i ever had in my entire life. The rooms are too small. The staff are not responding to our needs. No room service. No cleaning at all. I'm very disappointed

Makemytrip and this hotel are the biggest scammers in the world. I first requested for a refund or change of date but makemytrip says we have sent a mail to the hotel and then they say the concerned person is not available at the property this continued for 2 days and then my booking day comes and i get eta call what time are you coming and then i say makemytrip has sent a mail for refund or modification request and then the h reply we haven't received anything. I anyways gave up on this issue after that. I am never booking through makemytrip again
