Hotel location is very good. Walking distance to maharaja palace. Rooms are neat and clean. But they have to improve their room service. When we tried 333 to order food no one pi ked the phone. After trying 3 to 4 times, when there is no response, we contacted reception. They assured immediate action but no response from room service. Then we walked into the restaurant, and requested the staff there to contact our other room for order. Even then nothing happened. Ultimately after the restaurant manager intervention, food is sent to room. It appears that they are either under staffed or the person is not trained to answer the phone. This happened on 14th january 2024. Food quality is ok. There are no pillow covers, towels in both the rooms.
