Hotel Maurya Residency

The ac in the room was leaking and had to be switched off at night and had to use fans instead. No water bottles were provided and we had to request for it. The receptionist was very rude when we requested for a dental kit and asked to purchase it the shop opposite to the hotel.

Room was clean. Location is near to almost all the places. But the breakfast is same for all the days. Rest is good experience.

Rooms are not neat, cigarette smell all over the room. Not worth for 3k

Rooms were little odour even after spraying room freshener the odour remains same after sometime other than this everything was good

Hotel good one for staying & best value for money. It's near cbs, palace & zoo. The rooms are good hygiene, maintenance is also very good, staff also treating good, totally residency is more attractive for this reasons.

Hotel location is very good. Walking distance to maharaja palace. Rooms are neat and clean. But they have to improve their room service. When we tried 333 to order food no one pi ked the phone. After trying 3 to 4 times, when there is no response, we contacted reception. They assured immediate action but no response from room service. Then we walked into the restaurant, and requested the staff there to contact our other room for order. Even then nothing happened. Ultimately after the restaurant manager intervention, food is sent to room. It appears that they are either under staffed or the person is not trained to answer the phone. This happened on 14th january 2024. Food quality is ok. There are no pillow covers, towels in both the rooms.

Stayed in non ac room with extra bed. Overall good for the budget. The bathroom needs more facilities like exrra soap, towel hot water etc. Hotel is at central location in mysuru. Breakfast package and food is good at veg kourt.
