Worst hotel. No gst invoice. Rude behavior of staff. No hot water. Very damaged rooms and ceiling dusty screens

check in:4pm/17.4,compelled check out at 12pm on 19.4.Me, wife and daughter. begged for 2 hrs until child's exam was over,but no avail.AC was malfunctioning, did not clean the room and toilet.room with more facility was given at half the rent I paid. AC and breakfast were given after cry. I am much agrieved and feel belittled. I want ₹2000 back to compensate the shame and inconveniencewe went thru.. The *** on the desk even scolded me at 11.55 am on 19.4.
