We had a very comfortable stay at La Ruchi the Prince. Location is very good. No traffic noise. Mr. Murali was very helpful and arranged everything well to make us feel comfortable. We were part of a wedding party. We all were treated well. Rooms are comfortable. Room service was prompt. Morning breakfast was amazing. Live kitchen was exceptional. Hotel is very spacious and the staff is very courteous. We enjoyed our stay. We wish a wonderful future for this hotel.

We had a family gathering of 16 persons from 15th to 17th Nov. We have been in touch with the management - Mr. Bharath form July 24 through the booking process, a visit to the Hotel before the gathering and some clarifications / alterations to bookings etc. He was always helpful, reassuring and made us feel comfortable that our stay in the Hotel Ruchi would be good. From the moment various families started gathering on 15th Nov they were extremely well attended to by Mr. Murlidahara and all the staff. A special mention that Mr. Muralidhara was extremely helpful through out our stay and was like a member of the family in arranging all our needs - which were many throughout. Hotel Ruchi's USP is all its staff - from the guards, the front desk and reception, house keeping, restaurant and bar. They were always polite and helpful but importantly were open to feedback and immediate action. I would rate staff and service 10/10. When all in the hotel was taken care of we had the luxury of enjoying our short family gathering without any worries of logistics. We had most of our meals at the restaurant and that was good again primarily because of the service. The credit to service must go to the management and I hope they continue their training or however they deliver such excellent service. Some Tips: 1. Provide larger bottles of water, keep the water filter more accessible near the lifts for refill and shift to glass or stainless steel jugs. 2. Keep more coffee and tea pouches 3. Towel and sheets do to have to be changed every day unless the guests specifically request

We stayed at Le Ruchi the Prince for 2 nights in a suite room, which was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and room service were quick to respond, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained, but adding pool equipment like noodles and floaties could enhance the experience. They serve dinner on the lawn near the pool, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, they provided an extra bed at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated. Mr. Nicholas was very kind and helpful during my online booking process. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures—perhaps even better! The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of healthy and delicious options. One small suggestion: after swimming, we had to walk to the room through the main reception entrance, which had minimal privacy. Addressing this could further improve the guest experience. Overall, the team made our stay smooth, joyful, and memorable. Thank you, Le Ruchi, for a wonderful stay!

Visited this place on my daughter Birthday and we had great time.This was my second visit to hotel.This time came with whole family.it was a lovely experience! Lovely food.the staff was very efficient &the food quantity was perfect.we tried special le Ruchi special chicken. They surprised us with a small cake & went out of the way to make it memorable for us.Thank you veerappa, Reena for such a great host. What I would say. It was about our holiday trip of 12 days. The welcome on the first day was very beautiful. The room decoration made using the flowers and leaves of nature there is amazing. First of all, thanks to the general manager shri D. Nicholas sir and house keeping incharge mohan sir. Both of them have handled all the admin and room maintenance neatly since day one. My thanks also to all the staff. Thanks each and everyone to making our trip too amazing and healthy and Memorable.

The housekeeping team is the very good and the f and b team is also professional The room's are luxurious and feels fresh once you enter the room the swimming pool is very cleanly maintained and the morning breakfast is also very good and I had lost a charger in my room but they had kept it safely and I got it while returning to Bangalore on the way
